AWS are experiencing issues in the Ohaio region:
"We are investigating an issue that impacts the availability of some EC2 instances in the us-east-2 region. Your affected EC2 instances are listed in the 'Affected resources'"

As a consequences our usprod1 region is affected. Customer running on this region may experience issues. We will update accordingly.
