What’s Happening: As part of our effort to make our platform more stable and secure, we are planning to upgrade our Kafka infrastructure.

The upgrade will take place on cx_id (us2), cx_env_id (cx498), cx_region (ws-us-west-2).

Duration: Approximately 6 hours.

Impact: There might be some minor impact during the maintenance. Existing alert functionality will work as expected. However, the creation of new alerts in CX and modifications to existing alerts might experience short intermittent delays.
