What’s Happening:
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance platform stability and security, we are planning to upgrade a network component.

The upgrade will take place on cx_id (ap3) , cx_env_id (cx440) , cx_region (aws-ap-southeast-3)

Duration 4 hours.

Impact : This change has been extensively tested and successfully implemented in other CX production environments, However, as with any system update, unexpected issues may arise, if you experience any unusual behavior please reach out to our 24/7 chat support or your dedicated TAM
