Scheduled

Customers using syslog integration might need to restart their syslog server in order to get it connected to the new endpoint. We recommend to take that action anyway.

Scheduled

As part of Coralogix's philosophy of being able to react and scale quickly and efficiently, we are planning to move our production environment to a new VPC.

During the transfer, we will also upgrade our Elasticsearch clusters to version 7.x.x.

The transfer is planned to be completed within 12 hours. We expect that there might be slight delays in data ingest. No customer data will be lost.

The Coralogix UI will continue to function for the entire transfer time. However, there might be a period of 30 minutes in which the following services will be unavailable:
* Teams Creation
* Registration
* Rules API
* Alerts API

As part of the move, the public IP addresses for Coralogix's API and services will change to the following:
* 52.214.88.252
* 99.80.86.101
* 52.19.211.175
Please update your firewall configuration ahead of the maintenance if necessary.

Our NAT gateway IP is about to change to 54.194.244.111, this will affect webhooks fired for Coralogix, please add this IP to your whitelist if needed.
