Reminder of Sunsetting archive CSV support in favor of the new Coralogix performance-optimized format.
The data will no longer be saved in a CSV format, but at this point can still be queried from the Explore screen.
Data won't be saved in an S3 bucket if you didn't set it up using a Parquet format (CX-Data).
Feel free to reach out to our 24/7 chat support or your dedicated Technical Account Manager for help configuring the new S3 bucket.

------

Coralogix allows its users to directly query their archive data from the user interface using the Lucene or DataPrime syntax.

During the past 6 months, we have run our old CSV format side by side with our new "CX-Data" format (Dynamic Parquet format) and compared data correctness and performance.

We are planning to sunset the CSV format within 6 months (May 1st 2023) and focus our efforts on further improvements to CX-Data and our DataPrime syntax.

To activate the CX_Data format, simply go to Dataflow > Archive, and activate the new format (more details can be found here: https://coralogix.com/docs/archive-query-from-logs-screen).

We are here for any questions if you need help understanding the new format, activating it on your account, or disabling CSV.
