What’s Happening:
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance platform stability and security, we are planning to upgrade several of our data receiving endpoints.

Expected Impact:
This change has been extensively tested and successfully implemented in other CX production environments. We do not anticipate any impact on our customers during this upgrade.

Additional Details:
Our team has rigorously tested this change and is confident that it covers a wide range of use cases. However, as with any system update, unexpected issues may arise. If that occurs, our in-app Support team is available 24/7 to assist with any problems.
